Thank you for choosing to join our Certified Infant Massage Instructor Training at Forty Weeks. We are dedicated to providing an expansive and enriching educational experience. Below, you’ll find our straightforward payment and cancellation policies, crafted to ensure transparency and ease as you prepare for this transformative journey.
Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €180.00 is required upon registration to secure your place. This initial amount secures your space on the upcoming course.

• Full Payment: The total course fee is due six weeks before the course begins to ensure your full participation is seamlessly organised.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Participant:

• If you need to cancel more than 6 weeks before the course starts, we will refund any fees paid beyond THE DEPOSIT.

• Cancellations within six weeks of the course start date qualify for an 80% refund of paid fees, excluding THE DEPOSIT.

• Cancellation by Training Coordinator:

• Should we need to cancel the course for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including THE DEPOSIT. Please note, we cannot cover other expenses incurred due to course cancellation.
Participant Declaration

By signing up, you confirm that:

• You are over 18, in good health, and there are no known reasons to prevent your participation in this course.

• All provided information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Confidentiality and Admission Rights

• Confidential Information: Every part of your application is confidential and should be completed honestly and thoroughly.

• Rights of Admission: The IAIM Irish chapter and the Trainer/Training Coordinator reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our standards.
Agreement to Terms

By signing this declaration, you accept our outlined payment and cancellation policies and commit to meet all related financial responsibilities.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

By signing this declaration page I understand and agree to the following:

I confirm that an initial amount of 180 Euros (E180.00) ‘THE DEPOSIT’ I have paid to secure my application for the infant massage training course is NON-REFUNDABLE. I understand that THE DEPOSIT will be accepted for any future course to commence within 1 calendar year from the agreed commencement date of this course should the course be cancelled by either me or the Training Coordinator.

I understand I will be entitled to a full refund of any course fees,, less THE DEPOSIT, that have been paid in full should I withdraw my application for the infant massage training course more than 6 weeks prior to the confirmed commencement date of the course.

I understand and confirm that I shall be entitled to a refund of a maximum of 80% of any course fees paid should I withdraw my application for the infant massage training course within 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of the course.

I understand that should the Trainer/Training Coordinator have to cancel the course at any time, I will receive a refund for the full amount of any course fees already paid by me, including THE DEPOSIT. The Trainer/Training Coordinator shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred.

IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) Irish chapter - Baby Massage Ireland
and the Trainer/Training Co-ordinator reserve the right not to accept an application.

I declare that I am fit, healthy, over 18 years of age and know of no reason why I should not attend this training course.
