By completing this form and payment, you are confirming that you understand that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time to receive a full refund. For infant massage classes and packages of three or more treatments, you will be able to reschedule with no amount lost as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice. Giving less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% loss of the appointment/s cancelled.
