With no prerequisites required, these inclusive sessions focus on practical postures, relaxing techniques and breath work with a focus on helping to get your baby in an optimal position for labour and birth preparation. I like to think of it as birth preparation through movement.

Yoga is for everyone. You don’t need to be especially flexible, spiritual, or peaceful to start—there are no prerequisites other than a desire to prepare your body and mind for the arrival of your baby. Our classes are inclusive and designed to be accessible for all expecting mothers, regardless of experience or fitness level.

The Living Yoga Method

Our curriculum is based on The Living Yoga Method, a progressive approach that has been refined over 25 years of dedicated practice and teaching. This method not so much follows traditional lines but evolves with them, ensuring that each session is both nurturing and effective.

Opening your pelvis: Making it easier for your baby to assume the optimal position for birth.

Enhancing baby’s positioning: Helping your baby get into the best possible alignment for a smoother delivery.

Deep relaxation techniques: Utilizing breath work to ease stress and enhance your emotional and physical well-being.
