Pregnancy and postnatal yoga is a complete system of hatha yoga to support you in your pregnancy, postnatally and for anyone who wishes to live a more conscious, self-empowered and healthy life.
There are no pre-requisites for Yoga, you do not need to be flexible, spiritual or peaceful! The only requirement is a wish to prepare your body and mind for meeting your baby. As midwives we focus on postures that work on opening your pelvis, getting baby in the best positioning for birth and deep relaxation techniques using the breath.
Our classes are based on The Living Yoga Method which has evolved over 25 years of rigorous practice and dedicated teaching into what is now a beautifully systematic and progressive approach to this ancient science.
